In order for everyone to access the desired area without any obstacles and use the environment in an effective manner; our hotel having adopted the principle "States Parties shall recognize the rights of persons with disabilities to liberty of movement, to freedom to choose their residence and to a nationality, on an equal basis with others" as stated in Article 18 of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities under the title of "Liberty of Movement and Nationality";
Putting Disadvantaged Health and Safety Management System project into practice our hotel is planned to be certified by Artıbel Certification approved by Türkak through external audit for one week in June.
Disadvantaged groups within this system carried out in our hotel are;
  • Orthopedic Handicapped Using Battery-Operated Chair
  • Handicapped with Walking Stick
  • Visually Impaired
  • Hearing Impaired
  • Elderly with Orthopedic Walking Problem
  • Down Syndrome
  • Our services for Healthy Elderly and Guests with Allergic Disease have started.
In addition to room arrangements, our hotel regulating common areas of use in physical environmental arrangements has adopted the principle of providing the best service by presenting various training events such as Disability awareness training, Sign language training, and training on behaviors towards Disabled guests.
Moreover, it is aimed to provide the best service through satisfaction and suggestion surveys prepared within the scope of the system for continuous improvement of work carried out and enabling the best service delivery.
On this journey we have started, our hotel planning to make improvements every single day and to include activities for other groups within its targets continues working to ensure the highest level of satisfaction.
